Terms
Dog Walking
- Pet parents are responsible for any and all damages their pet does.
- Pet parents are responsible for providing bags to pick up their dog's stool on walks.
- Pet parents are responsible for providing their own reliable leash and collar or harness.
- Pet parents are responsible for providing a safe and reliable form of entry into their home.
- Dog walks may start and end with approx. 5 additional minutes of playtime or prep time.
- Dog walks begin at the time the Dog Walker first makes contact with the dog(s).
- Dog walks are subject to change in service type or duration depending on weather. Play time may be used as a substitute.

Pet Sitting
- Duke Dog Care is not responsible for any damage done by any animals.
- Hourly pet sitting rates are charged per each rounded-up hour.
- Pet sitting that exceeds 7 hours will be adjusted to a Full Day rate.
- Hourly pet sitting stays that extend past 11:00pm will be adjusted to an Overnight rate.
- Pet sitting rates are subject to change pending distance and the level of accommodations each pet requires.
- A non-refundable 20% deposit is required for all pet sitting reservations due the first day of the reservation.
- Payment for pet sitting services must be completed before the beginning of the reservation.
- Hourly pet sitting rates are charged per each rounded-up hour.
- Pet sitting that exceeds 7 hours will be adjusted to a Full Day rate.
- Hourly pet sitting stays that extend past 11:00pm will be adjusted to an Overnight rate.

Grooming & Training
- Duke Dog Care is not responsible for any injury.
- All dogs must have an updated rabies vaccination.
- Street parking must be available for grooming service van access.
- Dog Groomer must have access to an electrical outlet provided by the pet parent.
- All dogs must have an updated rabies vaccination.

Payment
- No refunds.
- All service rates are subject to change.
- Payment in the form of cash, check, Venmo, or credit card is accepted.
- Payment for dog care, dog walking, dog grooming, or dog training must be completed on or before the day of the appointment.
- Payment for Pet Sitting services must include all days paid in full and deposit must be paid before the reservation begins.
- Payment for all services must be paid on time or will be subject to additional interest added on. Legal remedies may be pursued.
- All service rates are subject to change.
- Payment in the form of cash, check, Venmo, or credit card is accepted.
- Payment for dog care, dog walking, dog grooming, or dog training must be completed on or before the day of the appointment.
- Payment for Pet Sitting services must include all days paid in full and deposit must be paid before the reservation begins.
- Payment for all services must be paid on time or will be subject to additional interest added on. Legal remedies may be pursued.
Premium Rates & Cancellations
- Services on nationally recognized holidays are subject to Holiday Rate up-charges.
- Winter season (October - March) all services are subject to 'Winter Rate' up-charges.
- Weekend services are subject to additional fees.
- Services completed outside of business hours are subject to additional fees.
- Scheduled services that are cancelled by the pet parent are subject to Cancellation/Reschedule Fees.
- Cancellation of dog training, pet care, or grooming services within 24 hours before scheduled reservation are subject to a cancelation fee of 50% of the service.
- Cancellation of dog training, pet care, or grooming services within 48 hours before scheduled reservation are subject to a cancelation fee of 20% of the service.
- Cancellation of pet sitting reservations within 48 hours before scheduled reservation are subject to a cancelation fee of 20% of the total reservation.

Information and Permissions
- All information provided must be accurate and up-to-date.
- All pets must be up-to-date on required vaccinations including rabies and distemper.
- By using Duke Dog Care services you grant permission for your pet's images and videos to be shared.
- By using Duke Dog Care services you grant permission for your information to be securely recorded and stored for business use.
- By using Duke Dog Care services you grant permission for our professionals to have access to your home to provide pet services.
- All pets must be up-to-date on required vaccinations including rabies and distemper.
