Follow these steps to join the Duke Dog Care team and reserve exclusive pet services

1st Base

Join Our Team Roster

The first step is to complete our forms.
​Provide us with information like your location to verify you are within our service range and some background on your pet(s).

2nd Base

Add Another Team Member

Add multiple pets to our roster!
​After completing the first form you'll be directed to another page where you may add more team members.

3rd Base

Give Us The Sign

Select your preferred services, time & date.
​If you have multiple pets please add them to your reservation under the Add-ons tab.

Bring it on Home!

​Let's Score An RBI

The final steps are inputting your payment details then sit back and relax with your pet until we can confirm your reservation(s).
